Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how ConnectVault.ai (operated by DAMUK Innovations) handles refunds for subscriptions and credit top-ups purchased through our website or mobile apps.

ConnectVault subscriptions renew automatically through Razorpay until you cancel from Settings or the billing hub. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the current paid period.

If a renewal payment fails, we email you and keep your plan active for a short grace period while you update your payment method.

Email hello@connectvault.ai with your account email, invoice number, and payment date. We respond within 7 business days.
